The room was huge and big size, had central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. Location: the hotel was close to Jermuk and jermuk waterfall and the river and mountains. Plus it was 5 mins drive from "yotnaghbyur".

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious deluxe room and the stunning view from the balcony overlooking the bridge and mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable, a rarity in Armenia. Although the buffet dinner was a disappointment, the buffet breakfast was acceptable. we would recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing christmas vacation with the family. Most of all, we enjoyed the stunning view of the mountains and the spacious room that fit the whole family comfortably. The location was also perfect for us as it was close to the main attractions and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options to choose from. We even got upgraded to a better room because of few guests in the hotel during that time. It was truly an exceptional stay.
There were a few downsides to our stay. It was quite cold in the room, despite having two heaters, which made us a bit uncomfortable.

Had a great weekend getaway in the mountains! the hotel had an amazing view of the nearby river and mountains. Location was prime since it was close to all of the main attractions in the area. the room was spacious with a mini bar and very clean!
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room and we had to pay for coffee during breakfast. the dinner buffet was not up to par compared to the breakfast buffet.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great. The location on the canyon was stunning, with a beautiful view of the river and in the mountains. Also, the breakfast offered a good variety of options and the staff was super helpful. They even upgraded my room to a deluxe room with a balcony and a fantastic view.
Everything was fantastic!

It's a magnificent spot nestled in the tranquil hills with inspiring views of the snowcapped mountains and the canyon. the location is great near to the town's most attractions, major landmarks, and essential services. Rooms are spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with mini bars and balconies with stunning views to the canyon.
The rooms lack basic amenities like coffee or tea facilities, and the front of the hotel is a bit outdated.
